At Ruppert Contracting, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality work at competitive prices. But don't just take our word for it here are some examples and references from our clients.
We are often called to help rescue projects that are abandoned or not completed correctly. Recently we were called in to complete an unfinished exterior stucco project. The original contractor made the client buy scaffolding before starting the job but left the work well before completion. We had to remove the previously incorrectly installed material, unsafe scaffolding before we could properly complete this for the client. Unfortunately they were never able to recover any of his payments from the contractor who abandoned this project.
In an another instance we were called in to repair a basement renovation gone wrong. New flooring was buckling up, electrical issues and many small unfinished items remained. Contractor never came back. Unfortunately we had to open up the walls to correct the wiring as well as complete the duct work (some parts were missing and not all connected inside the walls). Flooring too had to be replaced as the wrong type was installed. Fortunately the client did not fully pay the original contractor, but still ended up paying about 30% more than they needed to get the project done right.
Finally we were called to address an unfinished and well over budget Office renovation. A low priced contractor was given the job. Well over double the original time schedule for completion and numerous cost overruns, and still the project was far from ready (doors installed upside down, cracked windows, holes in wall from re-wiring attempts, HVAC non-functional). Client was so happy with our work that we delivered on time and budget to them that we secured their full house renovation the following year.
